Seeing as I have yet to learn the steps to a proper snow dance, I've deluded myself into thinking that a snow ensemble should suffice. The most sacred part of this fashion ritual? The hat. I recently saw a charming cold weather accessory collection in Anthropologie aptly titled First Snow, and that would be the loveliest name for this hat, if only it weren't taken. As it stands, I have a bit of a (huge) love for winter accessories, but hats are a certified weakness. I envisioned my dream winter hat: white pure as snow, and as plush. I procured the perfect materials, and my mom, a wizard in knitting, brought my design to life. All that is missing is a delicate gold logo or nameplate, and you are welcome to measure how quickly the first snow should fall at my feet.
